If it is indicated in the internet browser that the 3rd party cookies (third party) are not accepted, ValidSign cannot redirect the user to the signing process before signing the document.
So make sure that the cookies are accepted before the document is signed.
The settings may differ per browser. Below is an explanation of how you can 'accept' cookies for the 3 most commonly used browsers.
Chrome:
- click on the 3 'dots' at the top right
- click on Settings
- click on Privacy & Security
- click Cookies & other site data
- check 'Block third-party cookies in incognito mode'
- close the tab (no need to save)
Safari: (mobile):
- go to Settings
- click on Safari
- click on Privacy and Security
- disable 'prevent tracking'
Safari: Macbook/Ipad:
- open safari
- go to preferences (preference)
- privacy tab
- uncheck 'prevent cross-site tracking'
FireFox:
- click on the 'hamburger' menu at the top right
- click on Settings
- click on Privacy & Security
- select 'standard'
- close the tab (no need to save)
